License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding legal agreement between you (referred to as "Licensee", "you", or "your") and Bitrix Infotech Private Limited ("Bitrix Theme", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital asset, website template, Figma UI kit, complete script, icon set, or design file (collectively, the "Item" or "Items") available on Bitrix Theme (theme.bitrixinfotech.com), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase, download, or use our Items.

1. Overview of Licenses

Every digital product available on Bitrix Theme is licensed under specific rights granted to you by Bitrix Infotech Pvt Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Items according to the tier of license purchased. All digital Items remain the intellectual property of Bitrix Infotech Pvt Ltd.

We primarily offer two tiers of licenses for our digital products: the Standard License and the Extended License.

2. Standard License (Single End Product)

The Standard License is designed for individuals, freelancers, agencies, and businesses building a single end product for personal or client use.

• Permitted Scope: You may use the Item to create one (1) single End Product for yourself or for one (1) client.
• Modifications: You are permitted to modify, customize, combine, and alter the Item to fit the specific branding and technical requirements of your End Product.
• Commercial Use: You may use the End Product for commercial purposes (such as a company corporate website, an eCommerce storefront, or a business portfolio) where the website itself does not charge end users for access to the core digital template.
• Client Handover: If you are building a website or application on behalf of a client, you may transfer the completed End Product to that single client, provided all rights to modify or extract the underlying Item remain with that single client project.
• Single Domain/Deployment: The Item may be published on one (1) primary live domain/subdomain and development/staging environments used solely for testing.

3. Extended License (Multiple Uses & SaaS Products)

The Extended License is required when an Item will be utilized in an end product where end users are charged directly or periodically to access the software, web application, or service.

• Software as a Service (SaaS): If your end product operates as a paid SaaS, subscription-based web application, or digital platform where users pay to access the functionality, you must hold an Extended License.
• Unlimited End Users: Allows unlimited end users to access and interact with the customized web application or SaaS platform.
• Embedded Applications: Permits incorporating the product into a software application that is sold, licensed, or provided as a paid subscription.
• No Standalone Resale: Even under an Extended License, you cannot redistribute, resell, or open-source the original source files, templates, or UI kits as standalone deliverables or competitor marketplace assets.

4. Complete Script License

Complete Scripts include comprehensive source code (front-end, back-end API, and database schemas) ready for deployment.

• Deployment Rights: A Complete Script license grants you the right to deploy one instance of the software application for your business or for a single client.
• Customization: You may freely modify the front-end code, back-end code, integrations, and database schemas.
• Restriction on Re-distribution: You may not re-package, white-label, re-sell, or distribute the source code or clones of the script to third parties as a competing software product or template.

5. UI Kits, Graphic Elements & Icon Sets License

For Figma UI Kits, vector icon sets, and graphical components:

• You may use the UI design components to design applications, websites, wireframes, and digital product interfaces for yourself or your clients.
• You may export screens, UI assets, and designs as part of your final customized web or mobile application.
• You may not extract individual icons, illustration vectors, or UI components to re-publish or distribute them as a standalone icon pack, sticker pack, design library, or graphic resource kit.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You acknowledge that you do not own the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary code of the Item. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Items remain exclusively with Bitrix Infotech Private Limited.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the item under the conditions of this Agreement, but does not transfer copyright or original authorship.

8. Unauthorized Distribution & Anti-Piracy

You must not under any circumstances:

• Sub-license, resell, rent, lend, assign, gift, or distribute the Item or any part of its source code/design assets to any third party.
• Upload the Item or its source code to any public code repository (such as public GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repositories) where it can be downloaded by third parties.
• Claim original authorship or copyright ownership of any Item produced by Bitrix Infotech Pvt Ltd.
• Use our brand name, trademarks, or product logos in a manner that implies direct endorsement or partnership without prior written consent.

9. Product Support & Updates

All purchased Items include access to bug fixes and version updates released by Bitrix Theme for that specific product:

• Included Support: Support covers reporting bugs, issues with original item functionality, and clarifications regarding documentation.
• Excluded from Free Support: In-depth custom feature development, third-party plugin integrations, server configurations, or resolving errors introduced by third-party modifications are not covered under standard product support.
• You may request custom modifications or full-scale customization through our dedicated Hire Developer service or Support Portal.

10. License Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated:

• The license terminates automatically and immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
• Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Item and destroy all copies of the downloaded Item and derivative files in your possession.
• Bitrix Infotech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, DMCA takedown notices, and statutory damages for unauthorized distribution, piracy, or copyright infringement.
